A move-in or move-out cleaning is a great way to ease the stress of packing and moving. This cleaning service takes place when the home is empty. Please make sure we have hot water and power.

We will customize move-in and move-out cleanings to your specific requirements. This service can include some or all of the tasks included with the Initial Cleaning service – you tell us what you would like done and we will take care of it. This service is priced by the hour and we have a Two-hour minimum/two people.

A MOVE IN OUT CLEANING PACKAGE CONSISTS OF EVERYTHING IN A ROUTINE SERVICE PLUS DEEP CLEANING OF :

  • Vacuum all carpets
  • Vacuum and mop all floors
  • Clean baseboards
  • Thoroughly clean all bathrooms
  • Clean light fixtures
  • Clean ceiling fans blades
  • Clean all inside glass surfaces
  • Clean inside closets, doors
  • Clean inside and outside oven, Stove
  • Clean inside and outside refrigerator
  • Clean inside/out kitchen and bathroom cabinets
  • Clean all kitchen counters, drawers and appliances
  • Vacuum all carpets
